We have two trucks to participate ISGC.
Professionals Truck
1) Including at least one ISAGA member or Local SAGA members
2) Group or individual who have more than five years’ experience on Simulation Gaming
3) Your Simulation Gaming has been played by others at least five times
4) All materials are provided in English
5) Your game can be facilitated in English via Zoom (Reviewers are in the same room to help together.)
* In this category, the highest award is “ISAGA Best Simulation Award” or “ISAGA Best Gaming Award.”
Students Truck
1) Student group or individual including at least one ISAGA member or Local SAGA members
2) You have a gaming simulation ready to play, or plan to compile a new one.
3) All materials are provided in English
4) Your game can be facilitated in English via Zoom (Reviewers are in the same room to help together.)
* In this category, the highest award is “ISAGA Student Gaming Award” or “ISAGA Student Simulation Award”.

You will start to receive emails named [ISGC News]. This is official communication tool.
ISGC News might ask you additional work to operate smoothly. Please follow those instructions as well.
To grasp your game prior to the review, Please make a five minutes movie, upload, and notice the URL to us. (By September 18)
If your game requires some items, please follow the instruction.
a) Big items: Ship to the Indonesian address "Nafisah Azzahra (3rd floor) / +6285234705148 Pusbindiklatren, Ministry of National Development Planning / National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas), Jl. Proklamasi No. 70 (Proclamation Street No. 70), Pegangsaan, Menteng, Central Jakarta 10320, Indonesia" by September 18.
b) Small items (Ex. Dice, Pin, Chip....): Notice us by September 18. We will purchase or prepare for those items.
c) Printable items (Most Recommended): Upload to Dropbox that we inform to the team later. The deadline is September 18.
We will inform you Zoom Address by September 23. All team members are required to connect with video and microphone on.
You have two hours.
You must include following steps:
a) Explanation of your game
b) Game Facilitation
c) Debriefing
d) Q&A session (20 mins)
You don't need to see other team's session. But if you wish to attend, you are welcome.
At least one person is required to attend Awarding Ceremony on October 10.
