General Concerns

If you have a concern about the club, or once of its members, please contact a Committee member directly. In the first instance this should be the Secretary. However, if they are unavailable, please reach out to another Committee member.

Concerns regarding Committee Members

If your concerns are regarding a Committee member, then you should speak to the Chair of the Committee. If your concerns regard the Chair, then please speak to the Treasurer.

Safeguarding

All safeguarding concerns should initially be raised directly with:

•  a Committee Member if on a gaming night

• The police or emergency services if outside of gaming nights

Please inform the Committee if a concern is raised outside of gaming nights - bearing in mind the above points.
