- You will need to make your own transportation arrangements to the hotel on arrival day and to the airport on your departure day.
- Bayporter Shuttle will transport you to and from the airports for approximately $40 USD each way, depending on airport. Visit Bayporter.com or call 877-467-1800 for rates and reservations.
- You may also wish to use our Bay Area Rapid Transit System (BART). Please check their website, BART, for schedules and rates.
- Traveling by bus throughout Berkeley can be a lot less hassle than driving (and cheaper). Bus fare is $2.25 USD. Visit Transit511.org for simple Bay Area travel planning. Additionally, the “Hill Line” will take you from the center of the UC Berkeley campus (Mining Circle) to the Lawrence Hall of Science and back for $1 USD each way. - Taxi/Uber/Lyft services are also available and very affordable outside of rush hour traffic (8-10am and 4-7pm).
