iSchool504 exists to help individuals and families create, innovate, and be proud of who they are. Our vision is to provide services that help Hondurans live healthy, enjoyable, and prosperous lives through education, healthcare, community development, and holistic support.
Impact Trips are one of the key engines that sustain and deepen this mission. Through volunteers who teach, build, heal, and serve, along with shared revenue and lasting relationships, every trip strengthens iSchool504’s ongoing work in Honduras.
We do not go to Honduras to "fix" anything or "save" anyone. We go to listen, learn, and partner with local communities who are already doing incredible work.
Our trips are about mutual transformation: whether you are pouring a concrete floor, teaching a child to read, providing medical screenings, or cleaning up a neighborhood, you are contributing something meaningful. But the truth is, we are often changed even more than the people we serve. When many people each do a small part, together we can make a huge difference.
“When we go to serve, we discover that the real transformation happens within us. Small acts, done together, create lasting change.”
Brian — U.S. Trip Coordinator
Brian coordinates all Impact Trips from the United States. He handles marketing, communication, participant screening, pre-trip training, finances, and logistical support before departure. Having lived in Honduras for five years, Brian deeply understands the culture, context, and language. His passion for education, community development, and long-term relationships with Honduran communities drives everything he does.
Enmanuel — In-Country Leader (Honduras)
Enmanuel leads all on-the-ground operations in Honduras. He organizes local logistics including housing, transport, and meals. He coordinates directly with partner schools, construction sites, medical clinics, and community leaders. He facilitates daily group debriefs and ensures safety and smooth operations throughout every trip. Enmanuel is the heartbeat of every Impact Trip experience.
How Impact Trips Support the Bigger Vision
Trip revenue helps fund iSchool504’s ongoing programs in education, housing, and healthcare. Volunteers bring energy, skills, and encouragement to local classrooms, construction sites, and clinics. And the relationships built on these trips continue long after participants fly home.
