On November 4, 2024, the Department of Education (DepEd) will officially launch the Dynamic Learning Program (DLP) across several regions, including I, II, III, IV-4, and the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR). This innovative program aims to make the educational system more resilient, ensuring continuity of learning despite disruptions.
Education Secretary Sonny Angara emphasized the program's significance, stating, "We're bringing resilience to the heart of learning so that no student's education has to pause when challenges arise." The DLP focuses on a student-centered approach, emphasizing independent learning and adaptability, making it a critical step in enhancing the quality and accessibility of education across the country.Â
