Metaverse! Singularity!
The issue of the Metaverse has attracted attention from all walks of life, and innovation in content is crucial in the Metaverse. The arts and culture sector should also actively consider how to seize the new opportunities in the Metaverse. Although creating a mature Metaverse world still requires time, it is already in progress, and no one can resist the new trend of the Metaverse. What is more important is to think about what to bring into the Metaverse world.
With "Metaverse" as the central theme, experts and scholars from various fields are invited to reflect on technology and art from different perspectives, hoping to share their views and re-examine the role and contribution of digital artists in the field of technology, and become a bridge across development dilemmas; and through this, look forward to possible opportunities for technology and art in the future.
This conference will be jointly organized by the Cultural Heritage Research and Innovation Center of Tainan National University of the Arts and the Taiwan Art & Technology Association, and is a landmark conference in Taiwan's academic research field of technology and art. It aims to explore the ultimate and diversified aspects of contemporary technology and art, including pure art and technical pursuits, as well as the inspiring role of social participation and disruptive innovation. In addition to inheriting the efforts of the Taiwan Art & Technology Association to integrate scientific research and humanities in technology and art, it is hoped that this seminar will bring more thinking and practical stimulation.
