The International Student Advisory Group (ISAG) was founded to give international students a voice and ensure that they are represented by people who share their experiences. We provide a space where students can voice their concerns, share ideas and seek advice on life at Fulda University and in Germany.
Current Research & Reports
This report is the result of a formal inquiry conducted by the International Student Advisory Group (ISAG) in cooperation with the Ausländerbehörde (ABH) Fulda. It provides authoritative, written guidance on the application of the German Residence Act (Aufenthaltsgesetz) as it pertains to the international student community.
ISAG is currently compiling a comprehensive report investigating the structural and administrative causes of the housing shortage facing international students in Fulda. This report is based on a multi-stakeholder inquiry involving the City of Fulda, Fulda University of Applied Sciences, the Studierendenwerk Giessen, and the international student body.
