"Take a picture of the brain and discover what's inside it."
The Paradigm-Free fMRI (PF-FMRI) is developed in a Python package. The PF-fMRI is inserted in a GitLab repository dedicated to the Computational Brain Connectivity Mapping (CoBCoM ERC AdG project) and is available for download at the following link: gitlab.inria.fr/cobcom/a4dfmri.
The resulting bran activations can be visualized as dynamic spatial maps :
as well as time courses in red, overlapped to the original noisy data (green).
