I worked as a home health aide at Annie Wilson Home Health Care for two years, and in that time I have gained a multitude of valuable skills. By assisting with daily tasks such as bathing, changing clothes, cleaning, medication management, food preparation, and physical activities, I developed a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. Engaging in meaningful conversations with clients and caring for them as if they were my own family enhanced my empathy, communication, and interpersonal skills. This role required me to be patient, adaptable, and compassionate, all of which are essential qualities in any professional setting. Through this experience, I learned the importance of providing holistic care and the impact it has on improving the quality of life for others.

Care Manager

I currently work as a Care Manager at The Clair Winston House, LLC, where I have been employed for about two years. During my time here, I have gained a wide range of valuable skills. By booking rides and scheduling appointments, I have sharpened my organizational and time management abilities, ensuring that all aspects of client care are handled efficiently. Ensuring that insurance plans are working has enhanced my attention to detail and problem-solving skills, as I often need to navigate complex systems and address any issues that arise. Moreover, treating each client with respect has strengthened my communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a compassionate and empathetic approach to care. This role has made me proficient in multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and providing comprehensive support, all while maintaining a high standard of respect and dignity for each client.
