The art work and the process both hold a power to help drop back into the body and feel the vibrancy of life as it is complete in the moment. It's space to feel, to let go, to see and hear and speak.
Art Therapy
I offer a small, intentional art therapy practice for adults seeking a slower more reflective form of support.
These sessions are especially suited to people in times of transition, emotional fatigue, or creative disconnection. For those who feel drawn to explore through image, symbol, and gentle conversation rather than words alone.
My approach is nature-informed, trauma-aware, and intuitive. No art experience is needed. The focus is not on making something "good," but on listening.. through colour, form, and process, to what is asking for care.
Availability
I currently offer one art therapy space on Monday mornings, held intentionally to allow for depth, presence, and integration.
Single sessions are welcome, with the option to explore ongoing work if it feels right.
