Project Description:
As a Data Analyst for WixSin Company, I was tasked with leveraging the sales dataset to build an interactive dashboard using Microsoft Excel. The primary objective was to answer key business questions related to revenue growth, revenue patterns, category proportions, state contributions, segment performance, and top-selling products. The ultimate goal was to provide actionable recommendations to the Management for sustaining or increasing revenue.
Monthly Revenue Growth:
To analyze the sales dataset to determine if revenue is growing on a monthly basis.
Revenue by Days of the Week:
To identify the days of the week when the company makes the most revenue.
Category Proportion to Total Revenue:
To calculate the proportion of each category to the total revenue.
State Contributions to Total Revenue:
To assess the contribution of each state to the total revenue of the company.
Segment Revenue Analysis:
To determine which segment has the highest amount of revenue.
Top 5 Best-Selling Products:
To identify and present the top 5 best-selling products.
