IS:link Temporary Website

This is a temporary website of IS:link which contains important information on contact, process and others

Since 28.11.2022, UDE services are not available due to cyber attack. This involves emails, website and phones of IS:link Team.

For this, we prepare temporary solutions, please check section below for details.

We hope that the issues will be resolved soon and we shall return to the normal processes.

Outgoing Student

SS22 Students:

  • If you want to start the Anerkennung process, please wait until the normal service resumes

  • In the meantime, you can still schedule a consultation with us (see consultation section)

WS2223 Students:

  • If you want to change the learning agreement (Erasmus OLA During Mobility), please inform your receiving university that the process might take longer than usual

  • You can also send the Erasmus OLA (in PDF) to us (see Contact section)

  • Those who wish to start Anerkennung process, please use Clustdoc (see Clustdoc section)

  • Please always use the message function in Clustdoc to submit your questions, updates, inquiries.

SS23 Students:

  • Please use Clustdoc for updating documents or learning agreement

  • If needed, you can send documents (e.g. Erasmus OLA during Mobility) to us (see Contact section)

  • Please always use the message function in Clustdoc to submit your questions, updates, inquiries.

WS23/24 & SS24 Students:

  • The application deadline is extended for 1 week until 07.12.2022 23:59

  • Please upload the necessary documents to Clustdoc (see Clustdoc section)

  • For Transcript of Records, you can submit this at a later point (since HISinOne is impacted as well)

  • If you do not have Bachelor's degree certificate (yet), you can submit it in Clustdoc until 31.01.2023

  • Please always use the message function in Clustdoc to submit your questions, updates, inquiries.

  • When needed, please leave your private email address in Clustdoc when sending us a message, so we know how to reach you. But to your best, use Clustdoc first.

  • Consultation (for students) will take place virtually, via Zoom. Please book the consultation via this link: https://calendly.com/is-link/consult

  • When booking a slot, please enter your personal email address as well (in Notes/Remarks)

  • Phone consultation is not available until service is back to normal

Please use Clustdoc when uploading/sharing documents, sending messages (questions or inquiries)

If you use a student email address in Clustdoc, please provide us with your private email address when sending inquiries.
