Please read the following terms carefully before using our software (Updated June 2026):

1. Acceptance

By using iRun, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. I hereby certify I am over the legal age limit of this app within my region.

2. Local Al Processing

iRun runs Al models locally on your device. Core features (Chat, IdeaGen, Agent, Workflows) work offline with downloaded models. You are responsible for any models you download and import.

3. Third-Party Cloud Services

Optional cloud Al features require you to provide your own API key. iRun is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or data practices of third-party services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use iRun to generate illegal content, violate laws, infringe on others' rights, or distribute malware. The user is solely responsible for their usage of all tools and functionalities within the app. Going against these terms may result in legal consequences, termination of this contract, and restrictions from iRun.

5. Al Limitations

Large language models (LLMs) can hallucinate or make errors. Always verify critical outputs. iRun provides Al-powered assistance, but the user should exercise judgment and not rely solely on Al-generated content for important decisions.

6. User Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for any settings, models, prompts, and all outputs that the Al models produce on his/her behalf. This includes ensuring compliance with applicable laws and respecting the rights of others.

7. Disclaimer

iRun is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developers are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this software.

8. Changes to Terms & Features

These terms may be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Features and functionality of iRun (including Pro features) are subject to change at any time - features may be added, modified, or removed without prior notice.

9. Pro Subscription

iRun Pro unlocks additional features including DeepSearch, Agent, Image Generation, Stories, Workflows, and Manager. Pro access is bound by these same terms and may be restricted or revoked if this contract is breached.

Subscription plans

iRun offers the following auto-renewing subscription tiers:

Monthly (1 month), Quarterly (3 months), and Yearly (1 year). A Lifetime one-time purchase is also available. Current prices are displayed within the app's purchase screen and are quoted per plan (e.g., per month, per 3 months, per year). Prices are subject to change and may vary by region. Any price changes will take effect on your next billing cycle.

Free trial

New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. Cancelling before the trial ends ensures you are not charged.

Cancellation & refunds

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store and are tied to your Apple ID - they work across your iOS and macOS devices.

Cancellations are handled entirely through your App Store account settings.

Refund eligibility is determined by Apple's standard policies. EU customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for their first subscription or purchase; all other purchases are final.

Privacy & Terms

Use of Run Pro is subject to Run's Privacy Policy and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
