Submission Guidelines

• The full paper must be original and has not been previously published in another conference or journal, nor is currently under review by another conference or journal.

• Authors should upload blind abstracts and full papers (leaving out the names of authors and their affiliations, for the purpose of reviewing) for initial submission to the CMT system and details of ALL AUTHORS must be added to the Authors section of the CMT submission page

• Papers must be sent in both MS Word and PDF formats through Conference Management Toolkit

• All papers must conform to IRS-SVIAS standard – single-column format set in MS Word Template (Download Template HERE)

• Abstract and full papers submitted with author details will not be considered for reviewing, and authors will be requested to resubmit according to the instructions given above.

• Authors should ensure to leave sufficient space in the Abstract to add names of authors and their affiliations.

• The paper must be written in Tamil or English, including Introduction, Literature review, Methodology, Results and Discussions, Conclusion and Recommendations, and References.

• The full paper length shall be 8-10 pages including abstract and list of references.

வழிகாட்டுதல்கள்

• ஆய்வுக்கட்டுரைகள், சுய ஆக்கங்களாகவும் / பிறிதொரு மாநாடு அல்லது ஆய்விதழிலோ முன்பு பிரசுரிக்கப் படாததாகவும் வேறொரு மாநாட்டிற்கு அல்லது ஆய்விதழிற்கு மதிப்பாய்வுக்கு சமர்ப்பிக்கப் படாததாகவும் இருத்தல் வேண்டும்.

• முதல் சமர்ப்பிப்பிற்காக தமது பெயர்கள், பணியிடங்கள் போன்ற விபரங்களை தவிர்த்து ஆய்வுச் சுருக்கங்களையும், முழு ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரைகளையும் தரவேற்றம் செய்தல் வேண்டும். அத்துடன் அனைத்து ஆசிரியர்களின் விபரங்களும் CMT சமர்ப்பிப்பு பக்கத்திலுள்ள Authors பிரிவில் சேர்த்து கொள்ளப்பட வேண்டும்.

• Conference Management Tool Kit ன் ஊடாக MS Word மற்றும் PDF கோப்பு வடிவங்களில் அனுப்பப்படவேண்டும்.

• அனைத்து ஆய்வுக்கட்டுரைகளும் IRS - SVIAS தர நிலைகளுக்கு அமைவாக இருத்தல் வேண்டும்.(வழிகாட்டுதல்களை பார்க்கவும் )

• ஆசிரியர்களின் விபரங்களுடன் சமர்ப்பிக்கப்படும் ஆய்வுச் சுருக்கங்களும், ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரைகளும், மதிப்பாய்வில் சேர்த்துக் கொள்ளப்பட மாட்டாது. அத்துடன் ஆசிரியர்கள் அனைவரும் கொடுக்கப்பட்ட அறிவுறுத்தல்களுக்கமைய மீண்டும் சமர்ப்பித்தலை மேற்கொள்ளும்படி வேண்டப்படுவர்.

• எழுத்தாளர்களின் பெயர்கள் ,பணியிடங்கள் என்பவற்றை சேர்த்துக்கொள்வதற்காக எழுத்தாளர்களின் ஆய்வுச்சுருக்கத்தில் போதிய இடைவெளியை விடுவதை உறுதி செய்தல் வேண்டும்.

• ஆய்வுக்கட்டுரைகளை தமிழில் அல்லது ஆங்கிலத்தில் எழுதப்படுவதுடன் அறிமுகம், இலக்கிய மீளாய்வு, முறைமை, முடிவுகள், மற்றும் கருத்தாடல்கள் நிறைவுரை, பரிந்துரைகள் என்பவற்றை கொண்டமைந்திருத்தல் வேண்டும் .

• ஆய்வுக்கட்டுரைகள் ஆய்வுசுருக்கம் மற்றும் உசாத்துணை உள்ளடங்கலாக 8 - 10 பக்கங்களை கொண்டிருத்தல் வேண்டும். (உதாரணம்)
