How can I contribute?

• buy any festive food items or care packs for workers in your vicinity

• join us for drive&distribute on Nov 13 & help us distribute pizzas and samosas (TENTATIVE)

• order pizzas or samosas for us to distribute on Nov 13

• donate to the campaign on Ray of Hope which helps us assist workers in need

Given the current restrictions due to COVID, how will the safe distancing measures be managed on Nov 13 for the Drive&Distribute?
This is TENTATIVE plan. As of now, we are logging your interest to volunteer. As the Covid situation in Singapore is evolving rapidly, we will release further information on all plans, protocols and guidelines for the Drive&Distribute event on or around November 1.

How many workers should we buy food or care packs for?
Any amount, as much as you can! If you wish to support a group of workers, we have identified groups sizes ranging from 10 workers to 200 workers.
You can band together with a family, condo residents, colleagues or friends and decide how many workers you would like to treat. Let us know, and we will connect with a group of workers to arrange the logistics.

What sort of food items or care packs can we order for a group of workers?
The workers would love a festive treat.
You can order food items like pizzas, samosas, vadai, Indian sweets, chocolates, fruits, baked goods, icecream, donuts, or even a bento lunch.
A care pack can consist of fruits, murukku, soap, shampoo, toothbrush, data cards, chocolates, 3-in-1 coffee, etc,

I am not able to deliver the items myself. How can I arrange care packs/meals/pizzas to be delivered?

Will the care packs or meals/treats also be handed out on Nov 13 during the drive by?
The care packs or meals or treats you arrange can be sent directly to a group of workers, on a date that works for you and the site/dormitory.
At the drive&distribute, we will be handing out pizzas or samosas. You may order samosas or pizzas separately to be handed out then.

How can I donate the pizzas for the Nov 13 Drive&Distribute?
You can have vegetarian pizzas of your choice delivered to us by placing an order ALT PIZZA or Pizza Hut.
Once you know how many pizzas you would like to be sent to our Nov 13 drive-by, please place your order as below:

To purchase via Pizza Hut, you may donate to the Ray of Hope campaign for Deepavali 2021. Orders will be placed directly with Pizza Hut for the purchase of pizzas, as well as other vendors for snacks/sweets/data cards.

They will add it to our collated order for the Nov 13 Drive&Distribute.

How can I donate samosas for the Nov 13 Drive&Distribute?
You can place an order directly with Gourmet Ready, the vendor who is supplying to us via the link below. This order will be maintained seperately, collated and sent to us to deliver to the workers on Nov 13

How can I volunteer for this drive&distribute? Are children allowed to come?
We will need many volunteers to help handout food items. These will be drive-by events, and children will be able to participate fully. Please contact Mei Yee @ 9189 4331 over Whatsapp for more volunteering information.

Do I need to bring my own pizzas, samosas or other items to distribute on Nov 13 to participate in the drive&distribute?
Not necessary! We have pizzas and samosas sponsored by various donors that will be ready to be delivered on Nov 13.
Please join us to distribute these items.
However, you may bring additional items if you wish to give to the workers - like biscuits, chocolates, indian sweets, raincoats, water bottles, power banks, headphones, etc.
