IronWindow Production: Antenna & Network Consultation Terms & Conditions 

1. Scheduling & Appointment Booking: Clients may schedule a consultation by selecting an available time slot through the designated scheduling portal. Upon confirmation of the reservation, a formal calendar invitation and booking details shall be transmitted to the email address provided.

2. Client Preparation Requirements To facilitate an effective consultation, the Client agrees to provide a preliminary summary of project scope, desired timelines, and key specifications within the booking questionnaire prior to the scheduled appointment.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Modifications or cancellations to scheduled appointments must be executed via the management links supplied in the booking confirmation email.

4. Financial Terms & Payment Structure

• Consultation Fee: A non-refundable booking fee of $49.00 USD is required at the time of scheduling to secure the consultation. In the event the Client engages IronWindow Production for the subject project, the full $49.00 fee shall be applied as a credit toward the final service invoice.

• Project Deposit: Following the consultation, an official estimate shall be issued. Acceptance of the estimate requires a non-refundable deposit equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total estimated project costs to confirm project scheduling and material procurement.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance of fifty percent (50%), along with any mutually agreed-upon adjustments, shall become due and payable immediately upon the satisfactory completion of all on-site work and services rendered at the Client's designated property.
