1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using IronGate: Data Vault ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
IronGate provides local privacy tools including:
Safari content filtering and web protection
Local utilities for media processing and security checks
Cognitive training challenges
All features operate locally on your device without requiring external servers or user accounts.
3. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on iOS devices you own or control.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Use the App in compliance with applicable laws
Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purposes
Not interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
5. Subscription Terms
5.1 Pricing and Billing
Subscriptions are offered on a weekly basis
First week trial: $0.29 USD
Subsequent weeks: $9.99 USD per week
Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice
5.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours prior to renewal
Renewal charges will be at the then-current subscription rate
5.3 Cancellation
Cancel anytime through your App Store account settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No refunds for partial periods
5.4 Managing Subscriptions
Manage subscriptions in Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
View renewal dates and modify or cancel subscriptions at any time
6. Local Processing
All App features process data locally on your device. We do not:
Store your data on external servers
Transmit your browsing history or personal data
Require account creation or login
7. Content Filtering
The Safari content filtering feature blocks content based on locally stored rules. We do not guarantee 100% blocking accuracy and are not responsible for any content that passes through filters.
8. Intellectual Property
All App content, features, and functionality are owned by the App developers and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Accuracy or reliability of results
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the App developers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. Material changes will be notified through the App or App Store updates.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct violating these Terms or harmful to other users or us.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App, superseding any prior agreements.
