Hi there, we’re the family behind Iron Hoof Bison Ranch in Iowa.

We raise bison the way they were meant to live, with freedom, respect, and care for the land. Our ranch is built on the belief that animals, people, and nature can thrive together.

Now, we’re building something bigger than a ranch.

We are creating something wild, meaningful, and lasting in the heart of Iowa; a place where families, schools, and nature lovers come together. 

Iron Hoof Wildlife Reserve will feature a treetop skybridge experience, a large rustic playground, petting zoo, pavilion, picnic areas, and much, much more; all built with conservation, education, and community at its core.

We're building the Iron Hoof Wildlife Reserve; a 30-acre experience where education, restoration, and recreation come together. 

This project will attract eco-tourism, provide hands-on education, and create memories for generations.

Treetop SkyBridge Viewing – $497,000

Visitor Center – $87,500

Parking & Infrastructure – $115,000

Total Goal: $1,126,000

Begin fencing and prep for the Bison Enclosure

Break ground on the SkyBridge and trails
