WHY 'IRIS?'

The name IRIS literally refers to the colored part of the eye that controls light and focus. The tagline connects perfectly: "See the change" represents the Intuitive and vision-oriented aspect of leadership (having the foresight to see what the school needs). "Be the change" represents the Reliable and Integrous actions of the Society (taking accountability to actively make things better). It challenges voters not just to watch things happen, but to join a focused vision.
