Authors are asked to submit a four page paper based on the stated conference themes. All authors should use the IMC42 Conference paper template available via the link below. Authors should download the template before editing. Content should be added to the template in its downloaded format - please do not change formatting.

Paper submissions should be in PDF format. Please include the surname of the lead author in the filename for your paper (e.g. MDPI_IMC42_Your Surname.docx). Authors are asked to submit their FINAL four page paper via the link below by 31st July 2026:

A list of hotels in Belfast can be accessed through the Visit Belfast website Here. This caters for all budgets across a range of city locations. Please bear in mind the location of your chosen accommodation relative to the conference locations and your mode of transport.

Mech. & Aero. Eng, Ashby Building, Stranmillis Rd Belfast, BT9 5AH (Conference, Day 2)
Parking & Transport:
Parking is available at AMIC for Day 1 if you are travelling using your own vehicle. On street parking should be available in the Stranmillis Rd area for Day 2 at the Ashby Building.
If you are using public transport, you can plan your journey to IMC42 using the Translink website Here.
For AMIC, Global Point Business Park the nearest Train station is Mossley West (20 - 25 min walk to AMIC).
The 1C, 1D, 1G bus services from Belfast city centre pass closest to Global Point Business Park (15-20 minute walk from Corrs Corner to AMIC)
