Terms & Conditions:
Terms of Payment: The fees will be as agreed in the quotation. A 10,000 pesos deposit is required for the reservation, and 50% will be collected during the prenup and the remaining will be fully collected on the Event Date. Payments can be made in cash, by check payable to Irishgown bridal boutique, or through Gcash (0919 002 3674 ).
Cancellation: Deposit fee will be forfeited once there's a cancellation. Additional fees will be collected if the cancellation will be done near completion of the said event.
Coverage Area: Prices may be revised based on the venue and subject to availability. Anywhere in Bohol we can recommend any place and venue that is suited for your budget, if you have other suggestions we are open to it.
Termination: Irishgown bridal boutique reserves the right to terminate services if terms are not fulfilled. A monetary claim may be pursued for non-compliance.
Additional Fee: Should there be changes or additional fees based on (food or drinks that will be ordered by guests in addition which is not included in the package will be charge to the client).
Change: Changes to Event Details require prior contact with Irishgown bridal boutique. Any non-refundable and non-transferable expenses due to changes are the client's responsibility. Irishgown bridal boutique may charge additional fees.
Permission: Clients will grant Irishgown bridal boutique the right to use images and media for promotional purposes without expecting compensation.
Co-operation: Positive cooperation is expected for optimal results. Irishgown bridal boutique is not responsible for the acts of key individuals or their failure to cooperate during the Event.
House Rules: Although all efforts to negotiate with the venue, decorations, arrangements, and more shall be made by Irishgown bridal boutique, and Irishgown bridal boutique is limited by the guidelines of the venue site management. Clients has to agree to accept venue rules, and follow the guidelines and advised impose by Harries events space to make sure the flow of the event will be successful. We are open to suggestions.
Loan Items: Items loaned by the Irishgown bridal boutique remain their property. Risks of loss or damage are assumed by the client. Damaged items must be reimbursed within 7 days of receiving the payments. Feels and penalties shall be applied if the items will not be returned on the given days.
Payments and Consents: Clients are responsible for necessary payments, clearances, and consents.
Limit of Liability: Irishgown bridal boutique commits to high-quality services. Harries events space is not liable for circumstances preventing service delivery.
Non-guarantee: While every effort is made, Irishgown bridal boutique cannot unconditionally guarantee Event outcomes. We ask you the client to closely coordinate with us for the better outcome of the event.
Indemnity: You (the client) shall indemnify and hold Irishgown bridal boutique harmless against and all actions, proceedings, demands, claims, liabilities or damages, costs or expenses whatsoever or howsoever arising as a result of: (a) any omission, breach or non-compliance by you of these terms and conditions; and (b) any act or omission by your guests for the Event and/or any individuals or entities participating in or attending the Event and any form of injuries, disputes, damages, damages to property, indirect loss, direct loss, consequential loss or deaths arising or resulting therefrom during, before, and after the said Event; including without limitation, those arising from or in connection with third party claims for breach of contract, personal injury, damage and/or loss, defamation.
Final Decision: Irishgown bridal boutique acts as an advisor. Final decisions rest with the client. Disputes or changes require signed amendments before the Event.
Quotation: The quotation is an integral part of these terms and conditions.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
