1. What is Irish Days?
Irish Days is an annual town festival and community celebration held in Farmersville, Illinois. It features live music, carnival rides, food, games, pageants, contests, and family-friendly activities. The event is produced by the Irish Days Association in cooperation with the Villages of Farmersville & Waggoner.
2. When does Irish Days take place?
Irish Days is traditionally held over the last weekend of May into early June. For 2026, the celebration runs May 28 – 30.
3. Where is Irish Days located?
The festival happens at the Farmersville Village Park / Farmersville Square in Farmersville, Illinois.
4. Is there an admission fee?
Admission to Irish Days itself is free and most events are free, but some attractions like carnival rides cost extra & require tickets/armbands.
5. Is Irish Days family-friendly?
Yes — Irish Days offers activities for all ages, including kids’ races, games, and community competitions.
6. Can I participate as a vendor?
At this time, we are not taking outside vendors.
7. How do I sign-up for the parade?
Saturday, May 30th - Parade Registration is at 3:00pm at St. Isador (207 Nobbe Street). Sign-up is the day of the parade and end at the baseball field (411 N. Cleveland)
8. Are pets allowed?
Yes, as long as pets are leashed and cleaned up after.
9. How do I buy wristbands ahead of time?
