Devices must be picked up within 30 days of repair completion. Unclaimed devices may be disposed of to recover service costs.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including:
Water or liquid damage
Bent or damaged frames
Internal corrosion
Issues not related to the original repair
Customers are responsible for backing up all data before service.
iRepair Express is not responsible for data loss, including photos, contacts, or files.

Repairs include a limited warranty covering the replaced part only.
Warranty does NOT cover:
Physical or liquid damage
Drops, cracks, or misuse
Software issues or updates
Damage caused after repair
Warranty is void if the device is opened or repaired by another shop.

Replacement parts may be OEM, refurbished, or high-quality aftermarket, depending on availability.
Minor cosmetic differences may occur and do not affect performance.
Payment is due upon repair completion
