These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your download, access to, and use of the iReels Save mobile application (the "App") on Android and iOS. By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing through, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
iReels Save provides tools that may allow users to view, organize, cache, save, and manage supported media and links. Available features may differ by device, operating system, region, App version, permissions, and applicable third-party platform restrictions.
The WhatsApp Status viewing and saving feature is available only in the Android version of the App. It is not offered in the iOS version unless expressly stated in a future App update.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the App for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control.
You must not:
copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or create derivative works from the App;
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to extract source code from, or bypass security features of the App, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
interfere with, damage, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App, its systems, or third-party services;
use automated tools, scraping, circumvention techniques, or other methods that violate a third-party service's rules or technical restrictions;
use the App to download, save, reproduce, distribute, publish, or exploit content unlawfully;
use the App to violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
use the App for fraud, harassment, impersonation, illegal surveillance, or any unlawful purpose; or
remove or alter ownership, copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
The App is a technical utility and does not grant you ownership of, or a license to, third-party content. You are solely responsible for the links, files, media, and other content you access, view, download, save, share, or otherwise use through the App.
You may use the App only with content that:
you own;
you have received permission to use; or
you are otherwise legally entitled to access and use.
You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and the terms, privacy settings, and policies of the platform or service from which content originates. The availability of a technical function in the App does not mean that a particular use is lawful or permitted by a third party.
We do not host, endorse, control, or verify user-selected third-party content. We may restrict or discontinue functionality where reasonably necessary to address legal, security, policy, or technical concerns.
If you choose to use the WhatsApp Status feature, the App may request permission or ask you to select a device folder through Android's system file picker. The feature is intended to display eligible status media already accessible on your device and to save a copy only when you choose to do so.
You agree that you will:
access or save only status media you are authorized to view and use;
respect the copyright, privacy, confidentiality, and wishes of the person who posted the status;
obtain permission before reposting, publishing, distributing, or commercially using another person's status; and
not use the feature to bypass access controls or obtain content that is not lawfully available to you.
iReels Save is an independent application and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or associated with WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. WhatsApp and related names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
WhatsApp may change its application, storage structure, permissions, or policies at any time. As a result, the WhatsApp Status feature may become unavailable or may not work on every device or WhatsApp version.
Some features require access to photos, videos, media, storage folders, the clipboard, notifications, or other device functions. Access is requested only through the permissions and controls provided by your operating system. You may deny or revoke permissions in your device settings, but doing so may prevent related features from working.
You are responsible for protecting your device and locally saved media. We recommend that you do not root or jailbreak your device because doing so may weaken security, expose your device to malicious software, or cause the App to malfunction.
Our handling of personal information is described separately in the iReels Save Privacy Policy, which forms part of your use of the App.
The App may use or interact with third-party services, software development kits, stores, websites, or content. Depending on the platform and App version, these may include:
Google Play Services;
Google Firebase services, such as Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, and Cloud Firestore;
Google AdMob;
Apple App Store and Apple in-app purchase services;
RevenueCat; and
social-media or content platforms that users choose to access.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, content, policies, security, or conduct. Your use of any third-party service must comply with that service's applicable terms.
The App may display advertisements supplied by third parties. We do not necessarily endorse advertised products or services, and dealings with advertisers are between you and the advertiser.
The App may offer paid features, one-time purchases, or auto-renewing subscriptions. The price, billing period, included benefits, and any free-trial terms will be shown before purchase.
Purchases are processed by the store through which you obtained the App, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store. Unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period or trial period, an auto-renewing subscription may renew and the applicable store may charge your payment method at the price displayed at purchase, subject to any properly disclosed price change.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play or Apple account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Refunds, billing disputes, payment failures, and restoration of purchases are subject to the applicable store's rules and applicable law. Except where required by law or the store's rules, fees are non-refundable.
We may change paid features or prices prospectively. Any change to an active subscription will be handled as required by the applicable store and law.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:
these Terms are between you and the developer/operator of iReels Save, not Apple;
Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App;
to the extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no warranty obligation regarding the App;
Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, including product-liability, legal-compliance, or consumer-protection claims;
if a third party claims that the App infringes intellectual property rights, the developer/operator—not Apple—is responsible for handling that claim as required by these Terms and applicable law;
you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo and are not listed on a United States government prohibited or restricted-party list;
you must comply with applicable third-party agreement terms when using the App; and
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the applicable provisions against you.
Your use of the iOS version is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store Usage Rules and, where applicable, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The App, including its software, design, branding, graphics, text, databases, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to the developer/operator of iReels Save and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or our intellectual property to you.
Third-party names, trademarks, media, and other content remain the property of their respective owners. No affiliation or endorsement is implied merely because a third-party service or trademark is referenced in or compatible with the App.
We aim to keep the App useful and reliable but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or available at all times. Some functions require internet access or depend on third-party platforms, device permissions, operating-system behavior, and services outside our control.
We may add, modify, suspend, limit, or remove features; release updates; change system requirements; or discontinue the App. You may need to install updates to continue using it. We do not guarantee continued compatibility with every operating-system or device version.
Your mobile or internet provider may charge data, roaming, or other fees. You are responsible for those charges and for maintaining a compatible, charged, and secure device.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and security.
We do not warrant that media will always be available, downloadable, playable, recoverable, or compatible, or that third-party platforms will permit or continue supporting any feature. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer/operator of iReels Save will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, media, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to the App.
We are not responsible for loss caused by your misuse of the App; unauthorized use of third-party content; loss or deletion of local files; interruption of internet or third-party services; device failure; malware; rooted or jailbroken devices; or changes made by Google, Apple, WhatsApp, Meta, or another third party.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the developer/operator of iReels Save from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or particular features if you materially violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, misuse third-party services, or if continued operation is no longer reasonably possible.
You may stop using the App at any time. On termination, your license ends and you must stop using and, where appropriate, delete the App. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including intellectual-property, warranty, liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions—will survive termination.
The App is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in their country to consent to use of an online service. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the App only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction that applies where you live, disputes relating to these Terms or the App will be subject to the competent courts in India.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights available to you under applicable consumer-protection law.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App, platform requirements, third-party services, or applicable law. We will post the updated Terms and revise the "Last updated" date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent. Your continued use of the App after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or operation of law.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any purchase terms shown in the App, form the agreement between you and the developer/operator of iReels Save concerning the App.
