Mentor / Inner Circle Mentor / Elite Legacy Trainer / Real Estate Coach. He is an active investor in Florida, and has been a public speaker and real estate trainer for over 15 years. Rick began his career as a geotechnical consultant in Los Angeles, California, and practiced in this area for 17 years in various California and Florida markets. Thanks to his business and real estate experience, Rick helped launch the original mentorship program for Elite Legacy and has helped to change the lives of many through his trainings and mentorships. Rick currently teaches the Creative Financing class as well as Domestic Land Development. He helped create, created or wrote the books As a subject matter expert for the mentor program, finance class, land development class, foreclosure class, Commercial class, and he personally has mentored over 1,500 students over the last 20 years and taught several thousand students in classes live and on-line.

Frederic is the Catalytic Enabling Officer (CEO) at GPEKS Constructions Inc, a company focused on Projects due diligence, development and related Education in Real Estate, Energy and Transport Infrastructure. He is also senior Partner of GPEKS Holdings Inc, and an active real estate investors since 2001, with a portfolio of assets in North America and Europe.

Frederic is also co-founder and on the Board of Directors of E3Habitat , Executive Director of the International Cleantech Institute and the Executive Director of the International Real Estate Development Institute,  

Frederic is the past Dean of Renewable Energy for Willis College of Business and Technology.  He co-developed the certification training   for Solar Installers in Canada. He has delivered courses to over 11000 professionals and created 3 full programs and over 20 full courses. 

Frederic has run 3 mandates of two years as the President of the National charity that promotes solar energy in Canada, was on the Board of Directors the International Solar Energy Society for 6 years.  He was also actively with the Green Party as Candidate and then CEO of a Green Party riding Association.
