After the terms of the agreement are updated, if you do not agree to accept them, you should not continue to use the services provided by IRecorder. Users must be responsible for all actions that occur under their registered accounts, including any content or information you transmit to the IRecorder Platform. The adverse consequences include but are not limited to compensation, fines, judicial/arbitration procedure costs, attorney fees, reasonable expenses, damage caused to IRecorder, etc. Users should make their own judgments on the content posted by other registered users on the IRecorder Platform, and bear the legal responsibilities caused to themselves, others and society due to the use of the content, including but not limited to the accuracy, authenticity and completeness of the content. or risks arising from reliance on practicality, etc.

Based on reasonable judgment, IRecorder may take measures such as stopping transmission and going offline in accordance with the law for content that violates laws and regulations, the provisions of this Agreement, infringes, impedes, or threatens the rights of others, or content that is published in the name of others, and may The right to take appropriate legal action against users who violate these terms based on reasonable judgment, including but not limited to: preserving illegal, infringing, inappropriate and other content from the IRecorder service platform, restricting or prohibiting users from using all or part of the IRecorder service , cancel user accounts, save relevant information and report to relevant departments in accordance with laws and regulations, etc.
9. User rights and obligations:
(1) The ownership of the IRecorder Account belongs to IRecorder. After the user completes the application registration procedure, he or she will obtain the right to use the IRecorder Account. This right of use only belongs to the initial applicant and registrant. Users are prohibited from gifting, borrowing, renting, transferring or selling IRecorder Account. If the user is not the initial registrant of the account, IRecorder has the right to freeze or reclaim the account without notification without assuming legal responsibility to the account user. (3) The user is responsible for properly keeping the security of the registered account information and account password, and the user needs to bear legal responsibility for the actions under the registered account. The registered user shall be solely responsible for any legal liability arising from the loaning, leaking or misappropriation of account number, password and other information by others. User agrees not to use another user’s account under any circumstances.
(4) Users should abide by the terms of this agreement, use this service correctly and appropriately, and must not disrupt the order of the platform. If a user violates any terms of this Agreement or other platform rules, IRecorder has the right to terminate/suspend all or part of the services provided to the breaching user's IRecorder account in accordance with the agreement. If any functions of the account are terminated/suspended, you will not be able to participate in any official activities. If the account is permanently banned, the bonus share in the account will not be withdrawn. It is important to note that if an account is suspected of using unreasonable means to recharge (including but not limited to illegal use of credit cards to cash out), IRecorder will temporarily or permanently suspend the account based on its reasonable judgment. At the same time, IRecorder reserves the right to withdraw the IRecorder account and username at any time.
(5) The user guarantees that the information provided when registering a IRecorder account is true and complete. The legal liability arising from illegal, untrue, inaccurate, etc. information shall be borne by the user. If the user's registration information changes, the registration information should be updated in a timely manner to meet the requirements of timely, detailed, true and accurate.
(6) Users can purchase VIP value-added services while using the IRecorder service. Except for circumstances stipulated by law, after users purchase VIP, IRecorder does not provide services of refund, exchange or cashing into RMB or any other currency.
(7) If a user registers a IRecorder account and does not log in for three consecutive months, IRecorder has the right to cancel the account to avoid wasting resources, and the user will be responsible for any losses caused thereby.
(8) The user agrees to grant IRecorder the free use of information, content, etc. released through the IRecorder platform or formed during the user's use of IRecorder service. (10) You are not allowed to use IRecorder to conduct any form of money laundering activities.
