We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. The following refund policy applies to all registrations for the International Radiographers Conference:

Before 20 May 2026
A refund will be issued after deducting applicable processing charges.
From 20 May 2026 to before 20 June 2026
You are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
On or after 20 June 2026
No refund will be issued for cancellations made on or after this date.
Additional Guidelines
Additional Guidelines
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the conference organising committee.
Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
Transfer of registration to another participant may be permitted upon request, subject to approval.
