The Intensive Case Management (ICM) Program provides intensive case management to vulnerable clients who require extra support due to complex physical and mental health issues.

Anti-Trafficking
Comprehensive case management services to minors survivors of sex and labor trafficking. Survivors are connected with resources such as healthcare systems navigation, assistance applying for public benefits, legal aid, mental health support, and more.

ANSP
Provides culturally and linguistically appropriate case management services to eligible Afghan populations.
