Previously, I was a postdoctoral research fellow at the Centre for Business Research (CBR) at the University of Cambridge. I obtained a PhD in Management from Henley Business School, University of Reading. My research interest stands at the intersection of corporate strategy and political economy. In particular, I am interested in how firms engage in political activities (such as political connection, lobbying, and party contributions) and how these activities affect firms’ performance, economic development and policy outcomes.
