Highways IRAD Working Role :-
Health Department is the major Stakeholder in the iRAD Project.
Health-related data will be flowing from Police Station to Hospital and vice versa.
Police and Health higher authorities can have access to data/reports and they are in a supervisory and monitoring role.
Data i.e. case paper of the patient either initiated from Hospital where patient directly admits or brought by through Police.
Hospital can issue digital intimation to the concerned Police Station through iRAD. Police stations in turn can create the link between the patients with accidents.
All data related to the patient and all Hospital test/diagnostic reports etc. can be digitally passed from Hospital to PS and vice versa.
It is expected that all hospitals (Govt/Private) have to create user credentials for Hospital Admin and users on their own by registering on iRAD with basic information related to the hospital.
At the time of registration, Hospital gets linked with the nearest police station hence all accident patient( Dead/life) data will be processed and transferred to the police station concern.
