KNOWN ISSUES LOG PAGE
The IQRG Start Page Utility is a very simple application that basically takes care of itself but I wanted to have a page to inform users of any rare cases where they may encounter difficulties using the utility. I don't expect much in terms of issues.
Known Issues
12/4/2023: Issue:
Mobile version of start page utility opens as a single page of multiple slides in some mobile browsers and not as a series of separate slides the user can swipe through one-by-one.
Diagnosis: Simple user work-around recommended below.
Recommendation:
After user opens the mobile start page, to fix multiple slides on one page, it is recommended that the user tap on the three dots in the upper right corner of their mobile browser and then tap " Copy Link". Next, open a new browser tab and paste the copied link into the address bar and hit the "Enter" arrow. Mobile start page utility should now open as separate series of slides the user can swipe through one-by-one. Save copied link as bowser homepage or favorite links to access without issue next time.

12/2/2023: Issue:
Mobile utility does not load in the mobile version of Google Chrome. The Google Slides editor keeps loading instead.
Diagnosis:
Looking into it. May not be fixable. IQRG Start Page utility still works perfectly fine in many other mobile browsers such as, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Brave, Ecosia, Ghostery, Opera, Opera Mini, Kiwi, etc.
Recommendation:
User is advised to refrain from using the Google Chrome Mobile version with the IQRG Start Page utility until further notice.

12/1/2023: Issue:
Mobile utility menu page select cuts off all slides above slide 4 in landscape mode and pop up scroll bar for slide menu doesn't allow scrolling up.
Diagnosis:
Probably not fixable in landscape mode.
Recommendation:
User is advised to either tap "Slide 4" and swipe the rest of the way to desired category slide above slide 4 or turn mobile device to portrait mode to access the full slide selection menu.
