PRIVACY POLICY — My To-Do List

My To-Do List ("the App") is developed by BG Apps ("we", "us", "our").
This policy explains what information the App handles and how.
1. DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
The App lets you create, edit, and manage a personal to-do list. All tasks
you create — titles, priority levels, and completion status — are stored
locally on your device only, in a private on-device database. Nothing you
type into the App is uploaded to us or to any server we control. We do not
require or offer account creation or sign-in of any kind.
If you uninstall the App, this locally stored data is deleted along with it.
2. ADVERTISING
The App displays ads served through Google AdMob. To do this, AdMob (and
its advertising partners) may collect and process information such as
advertising identifiers, device information, general location (derived from
IP address), and app usage data, in order to serve and measure ads,
including personalized ads where permitted.
We do not control and are not responsible for the data practices of AdMob

Note: at the time of writing, the App may be configured with Google's
publicly documented test ad units during development/testing. This does
not change what this policy covers once real ad units are enabled.
3. CONSENT (GDPR / UK / SWITZERLAND)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or
Switzerland, the App shows a consent form (via Google's User Messaging
Platform) before requesting personalized ads, in line with applicable data
protection and e-privacy rules. You can change your consent choices at any
time from within the App.
4. WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT
We (BG Apps) do not directly collect, store, or have access to your task
data, your name, email address, or any other personal information through
the App's own functionality. We do not use any analytics SDKs beyond what
is bundled with the AdMob SDK described above.
5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not
knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a
child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us
using the details below so we can address it.
6. DATA SECURITY
Because your task data never leaves your device, its security depends on
the security of your device itself (e.g., screen lock, device encryption).
We recommend keeping your device's operating system up to date.
7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this privacy policy from time to time, for example if the
App's functionality changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this
page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after
a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
