Multiomics analysis applied in toxicology

The First International Workshop of Mass Spectrometry as an important tool ins multiomics analysis is supported by Unesp CAPES-PrInt Program, Fapesp and Institute of Chemistry located at Araraquara-SP (IQ/CAr). This workshop is organized by Dr. Paulo Clairmont, Dr. Christina F. Ramires and Dr. Jonathan Shannahan. 

This course aims to promote the knowledge acquisition in mass spectrometry with focus on the analysis in multiomics through a series of lectures and detailed literature discussion, combined with integration of this knowledge to biological sciences. This intensive course will go beyond dissemination from basic to advanced information about mass spectrometry applied in multiomics analysis, their structural analysis, sample preparation, methods of data acquisition, and statistical analysis applied to several approaches in developmental biology, oncogenesis, and diseases biomarkers will be covered.
