Welcome to KickOff TV: IPTV Player, developed by Nigeriacamera ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using KickOff TV: IPTV Player (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

If you are using the App on behalf of an organization or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In such case, "you" and "your" refer to that organization.

USE OF THE APPLICATION

KickOff TV: IPTV Player is a media player application that allows users to load and play their own legally obtained IPTV playlists and streaming content.

The App does not provide television channels, media content, IPTV subscriptions, playlists, streaming URLs, or broadcasting services.

Users are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining and maintaining access to IPTV services.

• Providing their own playlists, streaming URLs, and media sources.

• Ensuring that they have the legal rights to access and use any content loaded into the App.

• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding content access and distribution.

Some features of the App may be available only to users with an active Premium Subscription.

Premium features are optional and are intended to enhance the user experience. Core playback functionality may remain available without a subscription, subject to applicable limitations.

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Certain features of KickOff TV: IPTV Player may require a paid subscription ("Premium Subscription").

Subscription plans may be offered on a weekly, monthly, yearly, or other recurring basis. Prices and available plans will be displayed within the App before purchase.

Payments are processed through the applicable app marketplace, including but not limited to Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not collect or store payment card information.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date through your app store account settings.

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Any free trial offered by the App may be canceled before the trial period ends. If a Premium Subscription is purchased during a free trial period, any unused portion of the trial may be forfeited.

Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, features, and plans at any time. Such changes will apply only to future purchases or subscription renewals.

THIRD-PARTY CONTENT DISCLAIMER

KickOff TV: IPTV Player is a media player only.

The App does not host, store, upload, distribute, create, provide, sell, resell, or control any television channels, movies, series, live streams, radio stations, playlists, IPTV subscriptions, or other media content.

All content played through the App is provided by users or third-party content providers selected by users.

We are not responsible for:

• The legality of content accessed through the App.

• The availability of third-party services.

• The quality, accuracy, or reliability of any content.

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of third-party streaming services.

The App does not endorse or promote unauthorized access to copyrighted content.
