As a result, such information may be viewed, collected, or used by others, and we cannot control or be responsible for how other users may use or disclose such information.

PERMISSIONS AND DEVICE ACCESS 

The Application may request certain permissions on your device in order to enable core functionality and ensure proper operation of the Services. The permissions requested by the Application may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Internet Access (INTERNET)
 Allows the Application to establish network connections in order to stream content and access online resources required for the operation of the Services.

Network State Access (ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE)
 Enables the Application to determine the status of network connectivity (e.g., whether the device is connected to the internet), which is necessary for optimizing performance and handling connectivity-related issues.

Notification Permission (POST_NOTIFICATIONS)
 Applicable to devices running Android 13 and above, this permission allows the Application to deliver notifications, including service-related updates or alerts. Users may manage or disable notifications through their device settings at any time.

Wi-Fi State Modification (CHANGE_WIFI_STATE)
 Allows the Application to modify Wi-Fi connectivity settings where required for proper network functionality.

Wi-Fi State Access (ACCESS_WIFI_STATE)
 Enables the Application to access information about Wi-Fi connectivity, such as connection status, to ensure stable operation of the Services.

Multicast Wi-Fi Access (CHANGE_WIFI_MULTICAST_STATE)
 Allows the Application to enable or disable Wi-Fi multicast mode, which may be required for certain network-based features, such as discovering or communicating with compatible devices on the same network.

All permissions are requested and used solely to support the functionality of the Application. Users retain control over permissions and may grant or revoke them at any time through their device settings, although doing so may affect the availability or performance of certain features.



DATA SECURITY

DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS

Some web browsers and devices may transmit “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signals. As there is currently no universally accepted standard for recognizing or responding to DNT signals, the Application does not respond to such signals at this time.
