IPTVio is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others. As an intermediary providing a platform for accessing user-generated content, it is not always possible to monitor every single file on the platform for potential copyright violations. However, IPTVio takes instances of copyright violations very seriously and has established a procedure to deal with such cases of reported copyright infringements.
This copyright complaint process (infringement redressal) outlines the steps that IPTVio will take to address reported instances of copyright infringement. Any action taken by IPTVio will be in accordance with this procedure.
1. Reporting a Copyright Infringement: If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed by content accessed on the IPTVio platform, you may report the infringement by sending a written notice to IPTVio. Your notice should include the following information:
o Your name, contact information, and a statement that you are the owner or authorized representative of the copyrighted work that has been allegedly infringed.
o The location, URL, or other identifying information for the content that you believe infringes your copyright.
o A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the title, if applicable, and any relevant registration or identification numbers.
o A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the content in question is not authorized by you or the copyright owner, or its agent, or the law.
o A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
o Your signature, either physically or electronically.
You may send your notice to IPTVio’s designated copyright agent at the following email address: support@vinbleiptv.com.
1. Review and Response: Upon receipt of a valid notice of alleged copyright infringement, IPTVio will review the content in question and determine whether it appears to infringe the rights of a third party. If IPTVio determines that the content does not appear to infringe any third party rights, it will take no further action. If IPTVio determines that the content does appear to infringe third party rights, it will take the following steps:
o IPTVio will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
o IPTVio will notify the user who posted the content of the removal or disabling of access and provide them with a copy of the notice of copyright infringement.
o The user will be given an opportunity to respond to the notice and explain their side of the story.
2. Further Action: After reviewing the user’s response (if any), IPTVio will decide on a course of action based on the circumstances of the case. Possible actions include:
o Taking no further action if IPTVio determines that the user’s response adequately addresses the concerns raised in the notice of copyright infringement.
o Suspending or terminating the user’s account if IPTVio determines that the user’s response does not adequately address the concerns raised in the notice, or if the user has a history of repeated infringements.
o Disconnecting the user’s account if IPTVio determines that the user has repeatedly posted infringing content.
3. Grievances: If you have any grievances resulting from this copyright complaint process, you may contact IPTVio’s customer support team at support@vinbleiptv.com
4. Counter-Notification: If you believe that your content was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with IPTVio. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication that includes the following information:
o Your name, contact information, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which IPTVio may be found.
o A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person.
o A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
o Your signature, either physically or electronically.
You may send your counter-notification to IPTVio’s designated copyright agent at the following email address: support@vinbleiptv.com.
6. Review and Response: Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, IPTVio will review the content in question and determine whether it appears to infringe the rights of a third party. If IPTVio determines that the content does not appear to infringe any third party rights, it will take the following steps:
IPTVio will notify the person who sent the original notice of copyright infringement that it will replace the removed content or cease disabling access to it within ten (10) business days.
IPTVio will replace the removed content or cease disabling access to it unless the person who sent the original notice of copyright infringement notifies IPTVio that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity related to the content in question.
