This Privacy Policy explains how All Video Downloader("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects information when you use the IPTV Player : Watch Live TV mobile application (the "App") for Android. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. About the App

IPTV Player : Watch Live TV is a media player that lets you play streams and playlists that you add, such as M3U/M3U8 links, playlist files, or Xtream Codes login details. We do not provide, host, sell or control any TV channels, streams or media content. You are solely responsible for the content you add and play in the App.

2. Information we collect

a) Information you provide

• Playlists and stream details: playlist URLs, playlist files, Xtream server address, username and password, and playlist names you enter.

• App preferences: favourite channels, recently watched channels, selected language, and any passcode you set on a playlist.

This information is stored only on your device. We do not upload it to our servers.

b) Information collected automatically

• Device and app information: device model, Android version, app version, device language, and a randomly generated app-instance identifier.

• App usage (analytics): which screens you open and which buttons you tap (for example "opened Settings" or "played a channel"), and technical errors such as playback failures. We do not record the names or URLs of the channels you watch.

• Advertising ID: the Android Advertising ID, used by our advertising partner to show and measure ads.

• Approximate location (country, region, city): estimated from your IP address, used to deliver the right app configuration and ads for your region. We do not use GPS to track your location.

• Install source: if you install the App from an advertising campaign, Google Play tells us which campaign referred the install (install referrer). We use this to customise the first-run experience and measure our campaigns.

3. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• operate the App and play the streams you add;

• save your settings, favourites and recently watched channels;

• show advertisements, control how often they appear, and measure ad performance;

• understand how the App is used, fix crashes and playback problems, and improve the App;

• apply the correct configuration for your region and install source;

• request and respect your advertising consent where required by law.

4. Third-party services

The App uses trusted third-party services to provide some of its features. These services may collect and process information in line with their own privacy policies:

Google AdMob: used to display advertisements in the App and measure their performance. It may use your Advertising ID, device information and IP address.

Google Analytics for Firebase: used to understand how the App is used (screens opened, buttons tapped, errors) so we can improve it.

Google User Messaging Platform: used to ask users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland for advertising consent and to store their choice.

Google Play Install Referrer: used to find out which advertising campaign, if any, led to the App being installed.

ipinfo.io: used to estimate your approximate location (country, region and city) from your IP address, so the App can use the right settings for your region.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

5. Advertising and your choices

• The App is free and supported by advertising from Google AdMob. Ads may be personalised using your Advertising ID where the law allows.

• Users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time in the App under Settings → Privacy settings.

• You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads at any time in your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads, depending on your device).

• If you choose not to allow personalised ads, you may still see non-personalised ads.

6. App permissions

The App requests only the permissions needed for its features:

• Internet and network state: to play streams, load ads and check your connection.

• Wi-Fi and nearby devices (local network): to find and control TVs connected to the same Wi-Fi network (TV Remote feature).

• Location: Android only lets an app read the name of your Wi-Fi network if it holds location permission. The TV Remote uses that name to find your TV. We do not collect or store your location through this permission.

• Infrared (IR): to control TVs using your phone's IR blaster, on supported devices.

• Notifications: to show reminders and a quick-access notification. You can turn them off at any time in your device settings.

• Modify system settings: to adjust screen brightness during playback.

• Wake lock and vibration: to keep the screen on while you watch and to give tap feedback.

7. Data retention

• Data stored on your device (playlists, favourites, settings) remains there until you delete it, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App.

• Analytics and advertising data is kept by Google according to its own retention policies and the retention settings we choose in Google Analytics for Firebase.

8. Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to our configuration server. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EEA and UK, or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to withdraw your consent. Because most App data is stored only on your device, you can delete it at any time by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App. For any other request, please contact us using the details below.

11. Content disclaimer

IPTV Player : Watch Live TV does not supply any streams, channels or media. Please use the App only with content you have the legal right to access. We are not responsible for any content added or played by users.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continuing to use the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
