1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how IPTV - Android TV ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our mobile and Android TV application published by Flag Application Company.
IPTV - Android TV is a media player only. The App does not host, provide, sell, or distribute any television channels, movies, series, or other video content. You connect your own IPTV playlist or service provider. We are not responsible for the content accessed through URLs or credentials that you enter.
By installing or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

3. Summary
- We do not operate user accounts on our servers.- We do not collect, sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing.- We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs in the App.- Data you enter (playlist URLs, login details, favorites, watch history, and similar information) is stored locally on your device to make the App work.- The App connects to the internet only to reach addresses you provide (for example playlist files, EPG guides, stream URLs, and Xtream Codes servers).
4. Information Stored on Your Device
To provide its features, the App stores the following information only on your device (internal storage, app-private files, SharedPreferences, and a local Room database):
- M3U / M3U8 playlist URLs: import and update your channel library- Xtream Codes server URL, username, and password: connect to your IPTV provider's API- EPG / XMLTV URLs and cached programme data: display TV guide information- Channel metadata (names, categories, logos, stream URLs): browse and play your library- Favorites and recently watched channels: personalize your experience- VOD resume positions: continue playback where you left off- Saved playlist sources: manage multiple providers- App lock PIN (stored as a salted hash, not plain text): protect access on shared devices- App settings (for example EPG auto-refresh, intro completion): remember your preferences- Image cache (channel logos loaded from stream/provider URLs): faster display of logos
We do not transmit this locally stored data to Flag Application Company servers because we do not operate backend servers for the App.
5. Information We Do Not Collect
The App does not collect:
- Your name, postal address, or phone number- Email address (unless you contact us directly)- Precise location (GPS)- Contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data- Payment details (the App is sold as a one-time paid application through Google Play; payment is processed by Google)- Device identifiers for advertising or cross-app tracking
Diagnostic messages may be written to the device's local system log (Android Logcat) for development troubleshooting. These logs remain on your device and are not automatically sent to us.
6. How the App Uses the Internet
The App requires an internet connection to:
- Download playlist files from URLs you enter- Connect to Xtream Codes APIs using credentials you provide- Download EPG/XMLTV data from URLs you enter- Stream video from URLs supplied by your IPTV provider- Load channel logo images from URLs in your playlist
All network requests are initiated by the App only to addresses you configure. We do not route your traffic through our own servers.
Important: Any information sent to your IPTV provider is governed by that provider's own privacy policy and terms. We do not control third-party services.
7. Third-Party Services
7.1 Your IPTV provider
When you use M3U/M3U8 playlists or Xtream Codes, your device communicates directly with servers operated by you or your IPTV service provider. We are not responsible for how those third parties handle your data.
7.2 Google Play
If you purchase the App through Google Play, Google processes the transaction and may collect information according to Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
7.3 Open-source libraries
The App uses standard Android libraries (for example ExoPlayer/Media3 for playback, OkHttp for network requests, Coil for image loading, and Room for local database storage). These libraries operate on your device and do not send your personal data to Flag Application Company.
8. Permissions
The App requests the following permission:
Internet: Download playlists, EPG data, logos, and stream video from URLs you provide
The App does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, location, storage (beyond its own app-private storage), or SMS.
9. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your information.
We may disclose information only if required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable government request, and only to the extent legally necessary.
10. Data Retention
Data remains on your device until you:
- Remove individual playlists, channels, or EPG data through the App settings- Use Clear all channels or similar reset options in the App- Clear the App's storage in your device settings- Uninstall the App
Uninstalling the App removes app-private data from your device, subject to your device's operating system and backup settings.
11. Android Backup
The App may allow Android's backup feature (allowBackup is enabled). Depending on your device and Google account settings, some app data may be included in encrypted device backups managed by Google. Backup content and security are subject to Google's policies and your device settings.
12. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us by email, contact us and we will delete that correspondence.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising use of the App and any content accessed through third-party IPTV services.
13. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information stored by the App:
- App lock PINs are stored using salted hashing, not as plain text- Data is kept in the App's private storage area on your device
No method of electronic storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your device, PIN, and IPTV credentials safe.
14. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing.
Because we do not store your usage data on our servers, most data is under your direct control on your device. You can delete it at any time using the App settings or by uninstalling the App.

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
15. International Users
The App is available internationally. Information you enter is processed locally on your device. If you contact us by email, your message and email address will be processed to handle your request.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
Material changes may also be communicated through the App or the Google Play store listing where appropriate.
