We do not provide IPTV subscriptions or streaming links.
The Service is provided as an empty player. All content accessed through the Service must be provided by the user via a legally obtained M3U playlist.
By using our Service to play content, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Legal Content Only: You are solely responsible for the content you stream through the app. You must ensure you have the legal right and proper authorization from the copyright holder to view, stream, and distribute the content contained in your imported playlists.
No Endorsement: We do not endorse, support, or promote the streaming of copyrighted material without permission.
Content Availability: We are not responsible for the stability, quality, or availability of the streams you add. Features like Electronic Program Guides (EPG) depend entirely on the data provided within your specific M3U URL.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:
In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation, particularly concerning copyright and intellectual property rights.
To stream, distribute, or promote illegal, pirated, or unauthorized media content.
To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content.
To attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service or any of its security features.
The Service itself, including its original features, design, functionality, and code, is and will remain the exclusive property of DT Hotel Ltd and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of DT Hotel Ltd.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. DT Hotel Ltd makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their Services, or the information, content, or materials included therein.
You expressly agree that your use of the Service, and any content streamed through it, is at your sole risk. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components.
In no event shall DT Hotel Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
Any content obtained from the Service (including third-party M3U playlists); and
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
We are strictly not liable for any copyright infringement claims arising from the content a user chooses to stream through our media player.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
