This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application IPTV Online Player: Live TV, developed by Cizin-Root (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
The Application is provided as an advertising-supported IPTV media player and is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be accessed, collected, stored, used, or shared when you use the Application. Where applicable law requires consent, the Application or its third-party service providers will request consent separately.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
Application means IPTV Online Player: Live TV, the mobile software provided by the Service Provider.
Device means a mobile phone, tablet, television, casting device, or other compatible device used to access or interact with the Application.
Personal Data means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked to an individual or device.
Service means the Application and its related functionality.
Service Provider means a third-party company that processes information to provide advertising, analytics, crash reporting, configuration, notification, attribution, or other supporting services.
Usage Data means technical and interaction information generated through use of the Application, such as app launches, ad interactions, feature usage, crash information, and diagnostic events.
You means the individual using the Application or the legal entity on whose behalf the Application is used.
The Application is an IPTV and media player. It allows users to:
Import playlists from URLs or files, including compatible M3U and M3U8 sources.
Add individual media or streaming URLs.
Select compatible video files stored on their device.
Organize playlists and channels.
Mark channels as favorites and access recently watched channels.
Play media supplied or selected by the user.
Cast supported streams or local media to compatible devices on the same local network.
Receive optional notifications.
The Application does not provide, host, sell, license, or distribute television channels, playlists, subscriptions, or copyrighted audiovisual content.
Users must provide their own lawful media sources and are responsible for ensuring that they have all rights and permissions necessary to access, play, or cast such content. The Application must not be used to access unauthorized, infringing, or illegal streams.
The current version of the Application does not require users to register or create an account.
We do not directly collect names, email addresses, passwords, phone numbers, or account credentials through an account registration system in the Application.
If account functionality is introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated before such functionality is made available.
Depending on how you use the Application, information processed on your Device may include:
Playlist names created or entered by you.
Playlist URLs, stream URLs, and other source locations entered by you.
M3U or M3U8 playlist files selected through the Android system file picker.
Compatible video or media files selected through the Android system picker.
Channel information parsed from a playlist, such as channel names, group names, logo URLs, stream URLs, language, country, and electronic program guide identifiers.
Favorite channel selections.
Recently watched channel information and playback state.
Application language, display, playback, notification, and other preferences.
Casting device selections and pairing codes entered when connecting to a supported device.
This information is used to provide the features requested by you.
Playlist records, channel information, favorites, recent playback information, preferences, and certain imported files are generally stored locally in the Application’s private storage or local database on your Device.
When required to maintain access to a file selected by you, the Application may retain permission to read that selected file or copy it into the Application’s private storage. The Application does not request broad access to all files on your Device.
The Service Provider does not operate a server that receives or stores your personal IPTV playlists, playlist credentials, private media files, favorites, or viewing history as part of the current Application functionality.
However, when you provide a remote playlist or stream URL, the Application must connect to the server identified by that URL. That external server may receive technical information such as your IP address, request time, device network information, and information included in the URL. Those external content servers are controlled by their respective operators, not by the Service Provider.
You should not enter confidential credentials into an untrusted playlist or stream URL.
When you use casting features, the Application may search for and communicate with compatible televisions, streaming devices, or media receivers on the same local network.
For this purpose, the Application may access or process:
Local network status.
Wi-Fi connection status.
Names and identifiers of discoverable casting devices.
Local IP addresses and supported services.
Pairing information.
The media URL, title, logo URL, or locally served media selected for casting.
Playback commands and playback status.
This information is used to discover, connect to, and control a casting device. It is not uploaded by the Application to the Service Provider’s servers.
A selected local media file may be temporarily made available through a local media server so that the chosen casting device can play it. Access is intended to occur within the local network and as part of a casting action initiated by you.
The Application and integrated third-party SDKs may automatically collect or process information including:
IP address, which may be used to estimate a general geographic area.
Device type, model, manufacturer, operating system, language, and application version.
Advertising identifiers, App Set ID, Firebase Installation ID, or similar device and app-instance identifiers.
App launches, sessions, screen interactions, feature usage, and advertising interactions.
Advertisement impressions, clicks, estimated revenue events, and fraud-prevention signals.
Network status and connection type.
Crash logs, stack traces, diagnostic information, performance information, and technical error data.
Push notification registration tokens and notification delivery information.
Installation source and attribution information.
This information may be collected for application functionality, analytics, attribution, advertising, fraud prevention, security, crash reporting, service configuration, notifications, and performance improvement.
Google states that the Google Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects and shares IP address, user-product interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Google Mobile Ads data disclosure
The Application does not request Android precise-location or GPS permissions and does not intentionally collect precise real-time location information.
Advertising, analytics, attribution, content-server, or infrastructure providers may use an IP address to estimate an approximate location, such as a country, region, or city. This is not precise GPS location.
The Application may request notification permission on supported Android versions.
If permission is granted, the Application may display playback notifications and messages delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging.
Firebase may process an app-instance identifier, push token, device information, and technical delivery information to provide notifications. You can disable notifications through the Application’s settings where available or through Android system settings.
Information described in this Privacy Policy may be used to:
Import, parse, organize, and play playlists, channels, streams, and media selected by you.
Store favorites, recent channels, playback state, language, and other settings.
Discover and communicate with casting devices.
Deliver notifications requested or enabled by you.
Display and measure advertisements.
Limit advertising frequency and detect invalid advertising activity.
Measure installs, sessions, and advertising performance.
Diagnose crashes, errors, and performance problems.
Retrieve remote application and advertising configuration.
Maintain application security and prevent fraud or abuse.
Comply with applicable legal obligations.
Improve the reliability, usability, and performance of the Application.
The Application displays third-party advertising, including banner, native, interstitial, and app-resume or welcome-back advertisements.
Advertising providers may process information such as:
Advertising ID and other device identifiers.
IP address and approximate location derived from it.
Device and operating-system information.
App interactions and advertising interactions.
Advertisement impressions and clicks.
Diagnostic and fraud-prevention information.
Depending on your region, consent choices, device settings, and advertising-provider configuration, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.
You can reset or delete your Android Advertising ID, or limit related advertising functionality, through your Device’s privacy or advertising settings. Where required, the Application uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request advertising consent.
The Application integrates third-party services that may independently collect or process information under their own privacy policies and terms.
These services include:
Advertising partners available through mediation may vary by country, configuration, fill availability, and advertising campaign. The presence of an advertising SDK does not mean that every provider will serve an advertisement during every session.
Third-party providers may process information as independent controllers or as service providers acting on our behalf. Their processing, retention periods, international transfers, and privacy choices are governed by their respective privacy policies.
Information may be shared or disclosed:
With advertising and mediation providers to display, measure, personalize, and protect advertisements.
With analytics and attribution providers to understand installs, usage, and advertising performance.
With crash-reporting and diagnostic providers to identify and correct technical problems.
With cloud messaging and configuration providers to deliver notifications and retrieve app configuration.
With a playlist, stream, image, or other content server selected by you when the Application sends a request to that server.
With a casting device selected by you to perform a casting action.
When required by law, regulation, court order, subpoena, or other valid legal process.
When reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security incidents, misuse, or violations of legal rights.
To protect the rights, property, and safety of the Service Provider, users, or other persons.
In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of the Application, subject to applicable legal requirements.
The Service Provider does not sell your private playlists, local media files, favorites, or viewing history to data brokers.
The transfer of device identifiers, approximate location, advertising interactions, or analytics information to advertising and attribution providers may be considered “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a “sale” under certain privacy laws, even where no money is exchanged for the information.
Where applicable law provides a right to opt out of such processing, you may use available consent controls, advertisement privacy controls, Android advertising settings, or contact the Service Provider using the details below.
Locally stored playlists, channel information, favorites, recent playback information, preferences, and imported media remain on your Device until:
You delete the applicable playlist or information within the Application.
You clear the Application’s storage.
The Android operating system removes the data.
You uninstall the Application.
Information processed by advertising, analytics, attribution, crash-reporting, messaging, and configuration providers is retained according to each provider’s policies and the Service Provider’s configured retention settings.

We retain information under our control only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce agreements.
Because the current Application does not provide user accounts, there is no account-deletion process.
You can delete locally stored information by:
Deleting playlists through the Application.
Clearing the Application’s storage through Android settings.
Revoking access to selected files where supported by Android.
Uninstalling the Application.

Your request should identify the Application and provide sufficient information to understand and process the request. Do not include playlist credentials, private stream URLs, or unnecessary sensitive information in your email.
Some third-party identifiers or information may be controlled directly by Google, Firebase, Adjust, Meta, or an advertising provider. We may direct you to the applicable provider or use available provider tools to process a valid request.
Certain information may be retained when required by law, necessary for security or fraud prevention, or otherwise permitted under applicable law.
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13, or the higher minimum age required in a user’s country.
The Service Provider does not knowingly request or collect names, contact details, or account information from children through the Application.
Parents or guardians who believe that a child has provided Personal Data through the Application may contact the Service Provider at dothuhang98075@gmail.com. We will investigate the request and take appropriate action where required.
If the Application is later directed to children or included in Google Play’s Families program, the Application, advertising configuration, SDK usage, disclosures, and this Privacy Policy must be updated to satisfy the applicable child-directed-service requirements.
The Service Provider applies reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information processed.
Google Mobile Ads and Firebase state that data transmitted to their services is encrypted in transit. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
The Application supports user-provided IPTV and media URLs, including URLs that may use unencrypted HTTP connections. Information sent to or received from an unencrypted source may be visible to the network operator, content provider, or other parties capable of observing that connection.
You should use trusted sources and encrypted HTTPS URLs whenever supported. The security, legality, availability, and privacy practices of user-selected playlist and stream providers are outside the Service Provider’s control.
Third-party advertising, analytics, attribution, crash-reporting, configuration, and messaging providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.
When required, those providers and the Service Provider will rely on applicable legal mechanisms for international data transfers. Please review the privacy policies of the relevant providers for additional information.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
Request access to Personal Data.
Request correction or deletion.
Restrict or object to certain processing.
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Opt out of targeted advertising or certain forms of data sharing.
Lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority.

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the Application’s features, SDKs, data practices, legal obligations, or service providers change.
Changes will be published by updating this Privacy Policy and revising the “Last updated” date. Where required by law, additional notice or consent will be provided.
