COMPETITION PROGRAMME :
1. Pre match (RO Shoot) will be held on 3 - 4 May 2025 (Saturday & Sunday)
2. IGP Cup & ISPOD Cup will be held on 5 - 6 May 2025 (Monday & Tuesday) – internal game
3. Registration & Equipment Check for RMP Open (MAIN MATCH) will be held on 7 May 2025 (Wednesday)
4. RMP Open (MAIN MATCH) will be held on 8 – 10 May 2025 (Thursday & Saturday)
4. Shoot Off & Prize Giving Ceremony will be held on 11 May 2025 (Sunday)

COMPETITION EVENT :
The event for IPSC will be as follows:
1. Production (Individual & Team)
2. Production (Individual Ladies only)
3. Production Optic (Individual & Team)
4. Standard (Individual & Team)
5. Open (Individual & Team)
Numbers of stage – 18
Minimum rounds count – 348 rounds
COMPETITION REGISTRATION FEE :
The following registration fee will be imposed to all participants for IPSC Match:
FIREARMS LICENSE & HANDLING FEE :
Firearms import license, handling and custom clearance fee – USD 50 per gun
TRAVEL PLANS / POINT OF ENTRY :
All competitors from international must use Kuala Lumpur International Airport 1 (KLIA 1) as point of entry to Malaysia.
Some airlines (especially budget such as Air Asia) do not allow firearms and ammunition. Please check with your airlines prior to making travel arrangement.
Firearm and Ammunition Clearance - Please note that all Firearm and ammunition clearance for International participant will be done ONLY at KLIA 1.
All firearms and ammunition will be escorted immediately upon participant’s arrival and transported to the range for safekeeping at the armoury.
Transfer form airport (KLIA 1) to official hotel will be made available upon request.
HOTEL ACCOMODATION :
The match official hotel is The Everly, Putrajaya – 9.8km to range
STORAGE OF FIREARMS AND AMMUNITION :
All firearms must be stored at the Range armoury immediately upon arrival and entry into Malaysia. Participants are NOT ALLOWED to bring their firearms and ammunition into the hotel.
MATCH AMMUNITION :
You are allowed to bring maximum 500 rounds per gun from the origin country for this match.
The following match ammo will available as follows:-
The ammunition will not be available at shooting range. Therefore, all match ammo must be advanced order before 31 March 2025.

ACCORDING THE MALAYSIAN REGULATION. ALL AMMUNITIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BRING BACK TO YOUR OWN ORIGIN COUNTRY AFTER THE MATCH. ALL AMMUNITION MUST BE SURRENDER, BEFORE YOU LEAVE FROM MALAYSIA.
TRANSPORTATION TO RANGE :
There is no transportation provide by organizers from hotel to the range. All participants must make on your own arrangement. Prefer to use Grab service. (Please install the apps to your phone).

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT :
Registration and payment of fees must be made before participant in the event. Only Malaysian ringgit and US Dollars (at prevailing rate) will be accepted. Credit card and Personal Cheques will not accepted.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF ALL FORMS :
IPSC Match Registration deadline: 31 March 2025
Please note that no extension of deadline will be given as firearms and ammunition permit by the Malaysia Police will require 1 month for processing and approval.
