Interacting Particle Systems, Statistical Mechanics, and Related Topics Conference Dinner

The conference dinner is Saturday, March 9, 6 pm at IPAM with a catered Mexican food buffet (menu below). A selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included. The cost is $35 per person, with cash being collected at the conference or at the dinner.

A short program following dinner is planned.

Menu:

  • Chip, Salsa, and Guacamole
  • Spinach Salad - mixed with feta cheese, balsamic vinaigrette, tomatoes, & cucumbers
  • Spanish Red Rice
  • Refried Beans
  • Black Beans (lard free)
  • Steamed Vegetables
  • Cheese Enchiladas - corn tortilla topped with a red sauce & filled with cheese
  • Beef Enchiladas - corn tortilla topped with a red sauce & filled with beef
  • Fajitas - chicken sautéed with onions, green peppers and tomatoes
  • Salmon Mandarin – topped with tequila silver, onions, bell peppers, Mandarin oranges & bay shrimp
  • Flan – Mexican custard

*The only menu item that is NOT gluten is the flour tortillas. Casablanca uses vegetable based marinades and sauces.
