The conference dinner is Saturday, March 9, 6 pm at IPAM with a catered Mexican food buffet (menu below). A selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included. The cost is $35 per person, with cash being collected at the conference or at the dinner.
A short program following dinner is planned.

*The only menu item that is NOT gluten is the flour tortillas. Casablanca uses vegetable based marinades and sauces.
