Updates on the 28th Biennial IPRA Conference in Nairobi, Kenya, 11th - 15th January 2021

IPRA will hold its 28th Biennial General Conference themed, PEACE TECHNOLOGY; Positioning Fourth Industrial Revolution and Emerging Technologies in Fostering Global Peace’ in Nairobi, Kenya from the 11th to 15th January 2021 hosted by Multimedia University of Kenya (MMU). The UNE Peace Conference 2020 (Sydney, Australia), organised by staff, PhD students and graduates of UNE Peace Studies put some of the biggest issues facing the world today on the table. Call for Manuscripts

The Journal of Social Encounters is an interdisciplinary peace and justice studies journal that is published online by the Center for Social Justice and Ethics at The Catholic University of Eastern Africa in Nairobi, Kenya, in collaboration with the Peace Studies Department at College of St. Benedict/St. John's University, Collegeville, Minnesota. The JSE publishes essays by authors from any country in each issue, but some essays by African authors are always included so that African scholarship on peace, conflict and social justice will become better known.
