Low Season (Winter/Spring):               

   Jan. 1 - May 22               $995 (two nights)

Mid Season (Spring):

   May 22 - June 26           $3,395 (weekly rentals only)

High Season (Summer):

  June 26 - Sept. 4             $5695 (weekly rentals only)

Mid Season (Summer/Fall):

   Sept 4. - Sept. 25            $3,395 weekly

Low Season (Fall/Winter):

   Sept. 25 - Dec. 31          $995 (two nights)

                                                     $2,495 weekly
