Data Deletion Policy

At IPO Saathi, we respect our users' right to privacy and data control. If a user wishes to have their data removed from our system, they can request deletion at any time.

What Data We Collect

We collect the following data only for authentication and customer support purposes:

• Email Address (Used for Google Sign-In via Firebase Authentication)

• First Name & Last Name (If provided in the Contact Us form)

• Phone Number (If provided in the Contact Us form)

• User Query (For resolving issues and providing support)

We do not share user data with third parties and only use it to provide essential app functionality and support.

Instructions for Requesting Data Deletion

Users can request the deletion of their account and associated data by emailing us at:

Email Subject:
➡ "IPO Saathi Data Deletion Request"

Required Details in Email:

1. The email address associated with their Google Sign-In account.

2. A request stating that they wish to delete their account and associated data.

Processing Timeline

• We will review and process the data deletion request within 7 business days.

• A confirmation email will be sent once the data has been deleted.

Upon Receiving the Request, We Will:

✅ Verify the user's identity
✅ Delete the requested data from our system
✅ Confirm the deletion via email

Data Retention & Legal Compliance

• Some data may be retained for legal or security reasons (e.g., fraud prevention).

• Firebase Authentication records are managed by Google, and users may also need to request data deletion directly from their Google account settings.
