This Privacy Policy describes how IP Orion Apps ("we", "us", or
"our") handles information in connection with the Phase - Focus
& Pomodoro Timer application ("App") on Android devices.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Phase does not collect, store, or transmit any personally
identifiable information from its users.
The App stores the following data LOCALLY on your device only:
- Timer preferences (focus duration, break durations)
- Session statistics (total sessions, focus time, streaks)
- Selected theme and whether themes have been unlocked
- Whether you have completed the onboarding screen
This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

2. ADVERTISING

Phase uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may
collect and use data to serve personalized or non-personalized
ads. This includes:
- Device identifiers (Advertising ID)
- IP address
- General location (country/region level)
- App usage data
This data is collected by Google, not by us. We do not have
access to this data.

3. INTERNET REQUIREMENT

Phase requires an active internet connection to function. This
connection is used solely for loading advertisements through
Google AdMob. We do not use your internet connection to
transmit any personal data to our servers.

4. NOTIFICATIONS
─────────────────────────────────────────
Phase may send local notifications to alert you when a focus
session or break is complete. These notifications are generated
entirely on your device and do not involve any data transmission
to external servers.

5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Phase is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect
any personal information from children under 13. The App does
not contain any features that would collect personal information
from any user of any age.

Phase uses the following third party service:
- Google AdMob — Advertising

All data stored by Phase is kept locally on your device using
Android SharedPreferences. We do not operate any servers or
databases that store your information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any
changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance
of the new policy.
