iPoPS2024 is going to be held in just a little while.

This page is to inform you about meals, reception opening times, poster presentations, oral presentations, and awards.

1. Meals during iPoPS2024

    Morning and Lunch (March 6-7) and dinner (March 6) will be served at restaurant Canal.

    All meals will be provided as halal.

    Besides, we will prepare the room to pray.  

2. Reception opening time

    8:00 a.m., JST, March 6.

    8:30 a.m., JST, March 7.

    Of course, we accept your registration at any time because the reception will be open all day.

    In addition, we will arrange a cloakroom.

    If you have some baggage to keep, please feel free to contact us.

3. Poster presentation

    Please put up your poster by 12:45 or 14:20, March 6, and take out at the end of the poster session on March 7. 

    Also, please prepare your poster according to the specification described below.

    Poster size :A0 (Length: 84.1cm (Horizontal), Height: 118.9 cm (Vertical))

    Input poster no. (for example: pp-1) on your poster.

    Please find out your poster presentation place as specified in the conference hall and hang your poster before your presentation session start.

4. Oral presentation

    Please find the attached pdf file at your convenience and check your presentation time and date on the program page.

    The presentation would be PC presentation (presentation file can be in ppt./ keynote format) and projector would be used for large screen view. You can use your personal computer for your presentation or you can bring the electronic file of your presentation in a USB drive and use the common computer (operating system is Windows) that would be used for all presenters.     

    If you use your personal computer, then your computer VGA connector (projector connection adaptor) should be mini D-Sub15 size or HDMI connector to connect our projector. If you use Macintosh, then you have to have an adaptor to connect the above-mentioned projector connection. 

    We prefer a USB drive to avoid any instance of electronic connection problems and save time.

5. Award

    There are two awards, which comprise the poster and the oral presentations. 

    This program aims to encourage postgraduate and undergraduate students to attend iPoPS2024 and present their outstanding scientific work.  

    Through the recognition of awardees, many students will be inspired to study pharmaceutical sciences.
