In this course, Students learn electrical theory in the context of instrumentation and control systems. Through lectures and hands-on design and implementation, They are exposed to applications of electrical devices and measurement across (and beyond) all the various engineering disciplines. The course concepts will build upon or accentuate topics from prior core courses and will be pervasive in several of your EGR technical electives as well as your capstone experience. Examples include Power, signal acquisition and analysis, sensor data logging, signal filtering, data digitization, and feedback control system design.
