I started with this photo from Pixabay, a source of copyright-free images. I like her big eyes and direct gaze and beautifully modeled face and figure.
In iColorama, using Form/Warp, I enlarged her head and shrunk her body. This gives her a more interesting appearance, with focus on her face and particularly her eyes, which now have a deeper, more level expression, and her mouth is more pursed.
I will use Style/Stamp to create a pattern to distort over the woman. As input to Style/Stamp I used this beautiful image created in iColorama by Barbara Nebel.
Here you can see the result of using Style/Stamp with Barbara Nebel's image, above, and the input photo (using the Photo button at the bottom of the screen). Then I used Tone/Enhance to create a rich purple tint for the image, matching the color of the flower.
