Trimaginator gave me these lines, which could be made to look like strings entangling the woman. I blended in a sky for more interest, and the color changes increase the drama greatly.
I started with this photo from Pixabay, a source of copyright-free images.
I appied Style/Flow preset 1 at medium opacity to smooth the image. I used Adjust/Tonelab preset 4 at low opacity for clarity and depth. After applying Tonelab, I used Brush/Paint to paint black into some background areas that Tonelab had brightened.
Now I used the Trimaginator app to produce this. I used the Scaffolder rendering style with white lines (these are choices in Trimaginator's lower left corner).
I used this photo from the Rijksmuseum website, which provides high-resolution images free to use and modify for any purpose, in their Rijksstudio.
I used Effect/Denoise preset 2 and Style/Coherence preset 1 at medium opacity to smooth it. I use Effect/Raise preset 1 for a bit of definition.
In Effect/Blend, I blended the sky onto the pre-Trimaginator woman, using Overlay blending mode and using the opacity, features, and lightness sliders.
Here are my settings in Overlay mode.
In Effect/Blend, I blended the Trimaginator woman onto the blended image in Lighten mode.
Here are my settings in Lighten mode.
For finishing touches I applied Tonelab, Tone/Pastel 10, a couple of presets in Tone/Enhance, Shadows 3 to darken the highlights, a touch of Effect/Flow preset 1 and Effect/Denoise preset 4 for smoothness, Effect/Sharpen, and a touch of Effect/Glow.
